CEO Welcome

Welcome to the annual CEO Update Report. This report will provide a summary of our activities for the past year and the direction of our company for the next year.

Market Activity

In the past we have focused our attention on the domestic market, however with the recent economic changes and challenges we have decided to expand into international markets in the next financial year to reduce our dependency on domestic economic stability. Our first international target market will be China due to its size, demographics and economic growth. Further international markets will be targeted later in the financial year.

Sales Revenue Summary

Over the past financial year our sales revenue (refer to diagram below) has experienced a significant decline which has prompted a detailed budget review to identify areas where we can reduce our costs. This review will impact all departments as we work to improve our ongoing financial viability.
